From time to a time a user may need to update their Voicemail Greeting. Your outgoing greeting can be completely customized. You can also setup multiple greetings and schedule them so different greetings play at different times. Follow the steps outlined below to enable your desired greeting.
To get started, you will need to login to your GA Voicemail Account by navigating to www.gavoicemail.com and entering your credentials.
Click on Account Settings which is the Gear icon located in the Navigation Panel
Click on the Mailbox tab
Scroll down to the Greeting Set portion of the screen
There is a slider on the top left hand portion of each Greeting Set. If the slider and knob are blue and positioned to the right, the Greeting Set is enabled. If the slider is gray with a white knob and positioned to the left, the Greeting Set is disabled.
All changes must be saved in order for the selected options to take effect by clicking "Save Changes" which is located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
