Each GA Voicemail account is tied to a specific phone line. If you relocate to a new desk or office, your voicemail does not move with you. You will need to register the voicemail account for the new phone along with having your name removed from the previous phone. If you require help moving to a new phone, contact your administrator.
If you need assistance with phone number changes, mailbox cancellations, or accessing a mailbox you are not the registered user of, you must contact your administrator.
If you do not know who your administrator is, we recommend contacting your IT/Telecom department, Help Desk, or the GTA Help Desk.
Note: Only an administrator can perform the required provisioning and/or resets for phones and voicemail.
