If you are not receiving email notifications, please verify your settings:
- Click ‘My Account’ on the navigation bar
- On the Mailbox Tab check the Notifications section
- Check to make sure that ‘Enable Notifications’ in turned on
- Check to make sure the email address is valid
Also, check the junk/spam/clutter folder in your email program to be sure the messages are not being blocked from your inbox.
Check with your IT department to verify that the messages are coming in to the server. There could be a delay in delivery that they can remedy for you.
