Mailbox Limits

Standard GA Voicemail mailboxes are limited to a maximum of 30 voice and 30 fax messages. (The Trash is excluded).

Platform28/GTA/ATT also offer a 75 message mailbox and a Virtual Fax (fax only with no voice message capability) which holds 200 faxes. 

Messages that remain in your inbox are saved and can be accessed online or by phone. Messages will remain in the Inbox for 14 days before they are automatically deleted and can then be accessed from the Trash if necessary.

Messages that are deleted remain in the Trash for 30 days. These messages do not count toward your storage limit and can remain in  Trash in case of accidental deletion should the message need to be retrieved.

If you need to retain copies of your fax/voice messages outside of these parameters, the messages should be stored outside of the GA Voicemail mailbox to ensure that the mailbox does not meet the maximum message limit and prevent new messages from coming in. The files can be downloaded to your computer hard-drive. Then delete the message from the GA Voicemail inbox to free up the message space.

Delete messages by marking the checkbox next the message you want to delete and then click the trashcan icon in the navigation bar. To quickly remove all message from your inbox click the check box in the navigation bar to select all, then click the trashcan icon.
