GA Voicemail mailboxes can be configured to send notification messages to external email addresses. To configure these settings, please follow the below steps:
- Log into your mailbox online at gavoicemail.com
- Click 'Account Settings' (gear icon) on the left side navigation bar
- Choose 'Mailbox' from the navigation tabs at the top of the screen
- Enable the 'Notification' feature
- Enter the email address(es) where you would like to receive notifications of messages (multiple email addresses can be entered with comma separation)
- Enter any additional email addresses to receive messages that are marked as urgent by the caller (this is optional)
- Choose a Notification Option
- 'Notification only' (notification only with no ability to play/view the message)
- 'Notification with direct link' (message will play/open via a link with no need to login)
- 'Notification with file attachment' (message will include an attachment containing the voice/fax message)
- Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the screen to save your selections.
